Last updated: [10 November 2025]

These Terms govern your use of the Gencoach website and your participation in our coaching programmes and sessions. By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

Gencoach provides coaching focused on movement, energy development, and long-term resilience.
Contact: chevy@gencoach.health | London, UK.

2) Nature of services (no medical advice)

Gencoach offers educational coaching. We do not provide medical, physiotherapy, or psychological treatment. Nothing on this site or in our sessions should be taken as medical advice. Always seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or wellbeing programme, and if you have questions about a medical condition, injury, or medication.

3) Eligibility & client responsibilities

  • You confirm you are over 18 and capable of entering into a contract.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to inform us of any relevant health considerations.
  • You are responsible for your own safety and for exercising within your capabilities.
  • You agree to follow reasonable instructions to support programme effectiveness and safety.

4) Programmes, bookings, and scheduling

  • Programme details (duration, inclusions, boundaries) are described on the relevant sales page or Client Agreement.
  • Session availability is by mutual arrangement. A minimum advance booking window may apply.
  • We may reasonably adjust session format, location, or coach assignment when required to deliver the service.

5) Fees, payment, and instalments

  • Programme fees are shown at checkout or in your invoice. Prices are in GBP and may change for future cohorts.
  • Payment is due in full before the programme start, unless an instalment plan is agreed.
  • For instalments, you authorise recurring charges on the dates set out at purchase. Late or failed payments may pause access until resolved.

6) Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged for the session.
  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be counted as a used session.
  • We will give as much notice as reasonably possible if we must reschedule and will offer an alternative time.

7) 30-day satisfaction guarantee (where stated)

For programmes that explicitly include a 30-day money-back guarantee (e.g., the 12-Week Refuel Programme), you may request a full refund within the first 30 days from your programme start date, for any reason, including if sessions have been used. To request a refund, email chevy@gencoach.health within the 30-day window. Guarantees do not apply to bespoke corporate engagements unless expressly stated in writing.

8) Results disclaimer

Coaching outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific results or performance improvements. Your progress depends on many factors including consistency, health status, and adherence to guidance.

9) Intellectual property

All materials we provide (programmes, documents, frameworks, videos, and tools) are owned by Gencoach and licensed to you for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10) Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared in coaching. We may disclose information if required by law or where there is a risk of harm. Please avoid sharing other participants' information (if in group settings) without consent.

11) Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information and your rights.

12) Health & safety

You are responsible for ensuring your environment is safe for exercise. Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath and consult a healthcare professional as needed. Inform us promptly of injuries, illness, or changes to your health.

13) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gencoach is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under law.

14) Changes to services or Terms

We may update services, pricing, or these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. We will post updates with a new "Last updated" date.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
